About the Program

Students with disabilities require knowledge, not sympathy. Often the girl child is prevented from further education and young boys lack employable skills. This is a wonderful program to Educate Students with Disabilities and Disadvantages.

Program Support Areas

Inclusive Learning Tools

Visually impaired students get access to tactile Braille books, maps, and geometry sets developed by the Raised Lines Foundation, incubated at IIT Delhi.

Accessible Classrooms

Hearing impaired students learn in classrooms equipped with smart boards and audiometry equipment, helping teachers create inclusive learning environments.

Skills & Placements

The program provides counselling for parents, skill training, and placements for disadvantaged students to build a better future.

Impact

With CBN Foundation’s support, visually impaired students received the Lex Instant Reader and Scanner to help them study independently.

Through support from CBN Foundation and sponsorship from our CSR partner, the new computer lab is helping over 100 students with disabilities access digital learning and build skills for the future.

CBN Foundation has equipped Gairatpur Bass Panchayat School with a computer library, helping students gain access to digital learning and computer skills.
